Refund Policy

Last updated: July 19, 2026

1. Purchases through Paddle

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for drawDB paid subscriptions. Paddle processes payments, taxes, cancellations, and refunds. This policy supplements Paddle’s Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. If this policy, Paddle’s terms, or applicable law provide different rights, the rights most favorable to you that cannot be waived will apply.

2. Standard refund rule

Except where required by law or described below, subscription charges are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partially used billing periods, unused seats, downgrades, or forgetting to cancel before renewal. You can continue using paid features through the end of a paid period after cancellation.

3. Statutory withdrawal and defective service

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. Depending on your location, you may have a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right. For example, qualifying consumers in the EU, EEA, and UK may have 14 days to withdraw from certain first subscription payments; use of digital services during that period may affect that right. Other jurisdictions may provide different rights.

If a material technical defect prevents you from accessing the paid features as described and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, contact us and Paddle. Eligible refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Paddle’s policy.

4. Trials, renewals, and cancellation

Cancel a trial before it expires to avoid a charge. Trial cancellation may take effect immediately. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel from your drawDB billing settings or through the manage-subscription link in your Paddle receipt. A paid cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents future renewal charges; cancellation by itself does not refund a charge already made.

5. How to request a refund

Request a refund as soon as possible through the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle confirmation email, or visit Paddle Buyer Support and choose “Request refund.” You may also email support@drawdb.app with your account email, transaction ID, purchase date, and reason for the request. Do not send full payment-card details.

Paddle verifies eligibility and issues approved refunds, normally to the original payment method. Timing after approval depends on Paddle, your bank, and applicable law.

6. Abuse and chargebacks

Fraudulent or abusive refund or chargeback requests may result in suspension or termination. If you do not recognize a charge or have a billing problem, contact Paddle or us first so it can be investigated promptly. This does not limit your lawful right to dispute a charge.
